Releases:
How often are your releases?
Releases happen every month, please check the Kittens & Kink homepage for the date & time of our next release.
How does the monthly release work?
There are 3-5 next designs released each month, with 4 or 5 of each design available. Sneak peaks of the designs can be seen via our Instagram page or newsletter. The designs go live on our website and can be purchased then.
How do I get a set from your release?
Sets tend to sell out quickly, so we recommend being online when the release goes live. Items cannot be reserved or remade, so it’s a matter of first come, first serve.
If something is out of stock, will it be available again?
If it was part of a release, the set will not be coming back in stock. Singular tails, toys & accessories are restocked regularly however <3
Custom Orders:
How do I secure a custom order?
Custom order slots are sold monthly, alongside the pre-made releases. There are a maximum of 10 slots available monthly. They cost an initial 20 euro, this is to cover the costs of the extra work & communication required in creating a custom order
You will then be able to build your dream kitty set with the custom order builder on the website.
How long does it take to produce & ship a custom order?
As custom orders are made to your specific specification, please give me 3-5 weeks to finished and ship your order. You will receive email confirmation when your order has been finished & shipped.

What are the current shipping times?
You will always receive a tracking number for your order.
If you selected Deutsche Post. Their current ESTIMATED delivery times are stated:
Germany - 2-5 working days
UK & Europe - 7-10 working days
USA - 6+ weeks currently due to Covid-19 (shipping via sea, instead of airmail)
Australia: 6+ weeks currently due to Covid-19 (shipping via sea, instead of airmail)
If you selected fast UPS shipping. Their current ESTIMATED delivery times are stated:
USA – 7-10 working days
Australia & New Zealand – 5-10 working days
How do I track my order?
You will be sent your tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

General Questions:
Are your products vegan/cruelty free?
Yes! All products are made with faux fur and faux leather.
How do I clean my faux fur products?
If possible, spot clear the dirty part of your tail with a cloth and gentle washing detergent. If your entire tail needs cleaning, then please follow the handwashing instructions here.
Are your products BDSM proof?
Yes, all products have been designed for BDSM use & are tug proof.
Do your tails come with plugs?
Tails can be purchased for an additional cost via the toys section of the website.
How do I tie the tail & plug together?
You simply tie your plug onto the tail via the ribbon ties. Thread the ribbon ties through the 'O' loop of the plug and bow or knot together. This allows for better hygiene and cleaning of the plug. You can watch a video on our instagram page here!
Can I wear my tail without a plug?
Yes, all tails include a safety pin so you can clip them to your clothes. They also include ribbon ties which can be tied around your waist. These are included in every tail purchase.
